The Petchey Leisure Group has a policy to welcome guests with disabilities at all of our resorts. However, due to the varied nature and design of the resorts some are more suitable than others.
As a Company we make every effort to comply with EU and local law with regard to disabled guests and indeed our goal is to exceed the legal requirements where possible.

Every resort featured on this website has a Disabled Facilities Guide which we believe is a true and fair reflection of the resort’s ability to welcome guests with varying degrees of disability and to provide an enjoyable family holiday with us.

Oura Praia Hotel
Oura Praia Hotel is ideally suited for guests who require wheelchair access. Most of the apartments are accessible by wheel chair & wheelchair guests have access to all common areas including the Restaurants, Bars and Swimming Pool via ramp or lifts. We would recommend that guests with disabilities contact the resort before arrival for further information or to make us aware of any special requirements.

Royal Park Albatros
Royal Park Albatros is not ideally suited for guests who require wheelchair access. Only the ground floor apartments are accessible by wheelchair. The outdoor swimming pool and the restaurant have to be accessed via the staff entrance at the rear of the resort, there are steps to access the swimming pool. Access from the main reception to some apartments is via a ramp. We would recommend that guests with disabilities contact the resort before arrival for further information or to make us aware of any special require.

Oura View Beach Club
Oura View Beach Club is ideally suited for guests who require wheelchair access. 90% of the apartments are accessible by wheel chair and guests have access to all common areas including the Restaurants, Bars and Swimming Pool via ramp or lifts. The resort does not have public bathrooms/toilets for handicapped. Apartments within the resort currently do not have disabled facilities. Indoor heated swimming pool accessible only via indoor lift. We would recommend that guests with disabilities contact the resort before arrival for further information or to make us aware of any special requirements.

Grangefield Oasis Club
Grangefield Oasis Club is not ideally suited for guests who require wheelchair access. Only the ground floor apartments are accessible by wheelchair. The Outdoor Swimming Pool and Pool Bar can be accessed from the apartments but access to the Main Reception, Swimming Pool and Pool Bar Bathroom have been adapted for disable clients., Leisure Centre counts with a separate room just for disable clients, Leisure Centre and Restaurant access is via the road which runs around the perimeter of the resort. The resort has a number of apartments that have been purpose built for guests with disabilities. We would recommend that guests with disabilities contact the resort before arrival for further information or to make us aware of any special requirements.

Clube Praia da Oura
Clube Praia da Oura is not ideally suited for guests who require wheelchair access, although that 50% of the apartments are accessible by wheelchair and guests have access to all common areas including the Restaurants, Bars and Swimming Pool via ramp or lifts. We would recommend that guests with disabilities contact the resort before arrival for further information or to make us aware of any special requirements.

Vera Beach Club
Vera Beach Club is suitable for guests who require wheelchair access. All the ground floor apartments are accessible by wheelchair and so is the outdoor swimming pool. The Leisure Centre has been adapted for disabled guests, however Dali’s Restaurant, which is open during the winter season, is only accessible via a flight of stairs. During the summer season the Pool Bar is open until late evening and is easily accessible. There are numerous local restaurants on the beach and promenade both of which are accessible in a wheelchair. The resort has one apartment specifically adapted for wheelchair use. We would recommend that guests with disabilities contact the resort before arrival for further information or to discuss their particular requirements.
